Refund Policy
At Call For Driver, we strive to provide our customers with the best service. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our refund policy for different types of services offered.
Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel a booked driver service, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee, and only a partial refund may be granted.
Late Cancellations
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
No-Show or Missed Appointment
If a driver arrives at your location and the service is not availed due to a no-show or missed appointment, no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the booking.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided or have any disputes, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the service. We will review the issue and, if valid, a refund will be issued accordingly.
